Refund Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unactivated and not downloaded. Since our services provide electronic, digital goods we do not offer refunds on used digital goods. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded software products

To complete your return, contact support and provide receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • The product was activated but will not run on the users machine.


You are entitled to cancel your order before provided that the goods or services were not delivered.

You cannot cancel an order that has been downloaded or activated.


We only replace / exchange items if they are unactivated and undownloaded. If you need to exchange the item, send us an email at {email address}
