Refund Overview

• Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unactivated and not downloaded. Since our services provide electronic, digital goods we do not offer refunds on used digital goods. 

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloaded or activated software products

To complete your return, contact support and provide receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have a problem with your order you can contact us by email or discord 24/7.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order before provided that the goods or services were not delivered.

You cannot cancel an order that has been downloaded or activated.

Exchanges

We only replace / exchange items if they are unactivated and undownloaded or non compatible.
